Program

SmartGridComm 2014 is a four-day event that attracts over 400 participants. One day is dedicated to workshops and three days to technical symposia. The workshops will cover topics relevant to smart grid communications. They will be a fantastic opportunity to interact, network and share views and experience through the participation of industry and academic experts and leaders. The program of the technical symposia will include oral presentations of the accepted scientific papers in the five symposium areas “Communications and Networks to Enable the Smart Grid”, “Cyber Security and Privacy”, “Architectures, Control and Operation for Smart Grids, Microgrids and Distributed Resources”, “Demand Response and Dynamic Pricing”, “Data Management and Grid Analytics”.
In addition, the conference program will include keynote talks from industrial leaders and renowned academics, panel discussions, an exposition, business and industrial forums. The program will be completed with a number of social events that will allow the participants to enjoy exclusive networking opportunities and the beauty of the marvelous historical city of Venice.
